The app will even let you connect to a Block Party Mode that lets you connect your friend’s speaker as well.
This is a really great feature of the UEs with Dot but not well documented. These models include Boom 2, Boom 3, Megaboom, and Megaboom 3 speakers.

I hope that helps! Feel free to ask - I'll try my best to explain better if I can.
Otherwise, the additional UEs will keep BT reconnecting to the phone and "unsync/unPartyUp" from each other - super frustrating and a new problem that didn't exist a week or so ago before the UE firmware update.

Now, very important, go into your phone's Bluetooth settings and "forget" the BT connection to the additional UEs connected. Theoretically, this should maintain the connection between UEs as long as they are plugged in if you keep following my instructions below. Once partied up, make sure each and every UE speaker in its individual UE app (if using different types of UEs) is set to "StickyParty On" under Settings. Swipe left in the UE app main screen to "Party Up" and (hopefully) it will see the additional UEs you'd like to sync (if they are powered on) at the bottom of the screen, drag up the UEs you'd like to sync. Open the corresponding UE app for the speaker BT'd to the Dot. Once done, make sure all your UEs are powered on that you want to connect to one another. Then, Bluetooth connect the closest UE to the Dot using the normal Bluetooth pairing process with the Dot. Note: there are separate UE apps for each type of speaker (for example, I have a UE Megaboom and a UE Boom2, so 2 different apps on my phone.). Make sure all your UE speakers and UE apps are up to date. Now, the feature is called "Party Up" and works with up to 50 speakers. This process used to be much simpler but is now a bit more complicated. Their website still refers to this Double Up feature. This feature was called "Double Up" and would work with up to 10 UE speakers. First a disclaimer, UE just updated the firmware so this process has changed since my earlier posts.

In order to use Siri or Google Now via your UE BOOM 2 or MEGABOOM, you’ll need to download the latest version of your speaker’s app from the App Store when it becomes available, which should be very soon.Ok, I think I'm "that guy". We called the UE Boom 2 one of the best Bluetooth speakers on the market in our review a few months ago, while we also praised the MEGABOOM when it was unveiled a year ago. With support for Google Now and Siri, the Ultimate Ears can position its speakers as useful for doing anything that Siri and Google Now are capable of, like sending text messages, checking the weather, and much more. Specifically, this feature works with the UE BOOM 2 and the UE MEGABOOM, which come in at $179 and $249.99 respectively on Amazon. “No matter how wet, muddy or wild the situation, with Siri and Google Now voice integration on UE BOOM 2 and UE MEGABOOM, fans no longer need to pick up their phone to play DJ. “Music lovers can now truly stay in the moment, playing their favorite song from the middle of the pool or even while diving off a cliff with their UE speaker in hand,” said Charlotte Johs, general manager of Ultimate Ears. It works exactly the same as activating the voice assistant with your smartphone, except now you don’t have to actually be right next to your device. Users can access Siri or Google Now by simply pressing the Bluetooth button on their speaker and telling their respective voice assistant what they would like to hear. With this feature, users can access their music directly from the speaker, making it even easier to change songs, artists, and more. Popular Bluetooth speaker company Ultimate Ears announced today that it is adding Siri and Google Now integration to its lineup of speakers.
